Biography
Mr. Gold joined the firm as a partner in 2000. Gold received his Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1975 and his JD from Seton Hall University Law School in 1981, cum laude. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney since 1989. He served as the vice-chairman and chairman of the Ethics Committee and on the Fee Arbitration Committee in his county.
For the last eighteen years, he has appeared as a lecturer on the annual Hot Topics in Medical Malpractice Seminar now sponsored by the New Jersey Law Journal. He also regularly lectures for the American Trial Lawyers Association-NJ and New Jersey Association for Justice on complex trial practice and procedure, ethics, and professional malpractice topics.
Mr. Gold is also widely published in the area of medical malpractice and has taught medical malpractice at Seton Hall Law Center. He also has lectured to doctor and hospital groups on prevention of medical malpractice.
