Biography:
Mr. Keegan joined the firm in 1980 and became a partner in 1982. His practice is concentrated in the area of business and general litigation, and includes all manner of complex commercial litigation. He represents clients in securities industry arbitrations as well as complex family law and environmental matters. His practice also includes the representation of professionals, including attorneys, accountants and physicians, in connection with business disputes and dissolutions.
