Ms. Monchik-Goldman is a member of Bendit Weinstock’s Business and Estate Litigation Group wherein she focuses her practice on document review, coding, and management for complex litigations. Ms. Monchik-Goldman is an e-discovery professional with over 15 years of in-depth document management experience. She has worked for several international law firms and some of the largest health insurance providers in the United States with discovery productions and preparation of documents for depositions and trial.
Ms. Monchik-Goldman has also assisted with the production of documents by fortune 500 companies in response to subpoenas related to large scale government investigations. She has been intimately involved with all facets of the document management processes involved with contract, class action, pharmaceutical, products liability, antitrust and contract disputes. Ms. Monchik-Goldman has assisted clients in matters pending in various state and federal courts.
Ms. Monchik-Goldman has been trained in community and divorce mediation and she has served as a member of the Old Bridge Domestic Violence Response Team.
